Our first visit to Paris in mid-September (2007) was near perfect. Partly by our decision to stay in this nice one bedroom apartment. It was quite spacious compared to most hotel rooms and the overall cost was not much different than a hotel room. It could comfortably accommodate 4 adults by using the sleeper couch. It had pretty much everything we needed and was located on a quiet street that was a 5 minute walk from plenty of shops,
markets & restaurants. Eiffel Tower was about 10 minute walk and bus stops were close by also.
The final plus was that by staying in the apartment we had a better sense of living in Paris versus being a tourist.

The 32 rue du champ de mars is a comfortable, modern apartment in an ideal location in central Paris. It is a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and close to many attractions. We enjoyed shopping for our wine, cheese and bread in the neigbourhood stores. The apartment was in a lovely old building and had tall framed windows and high ceilings. It made our stay in Paris one we will never forget.

The apartment was very nice, has a great location and roomy we actually fitted 4 people in it. The owner was very cooperative and understanding. The area around the apartment offers lots of restaurants, stores, and walking markets.
I highly recommend renting this apartment and I would do it myself again.,
