Dada Lucy,
I’m posting my mums and Aunts picture because I will forever cherish what you did that day.
You picked a late evening call, already tired from a long day and night, but you first said yes to my request and details later. Needless to say ulirauka that morning and made my mum and aunt feel and look beautiful. My mum said you were kind and respectful to her. This is just but one of the times you have come through for me. Your are always ready to help where you can, cheerful, cheer leader of other’s achievements, a great mom and a go getter.
May God continue to keep you, may He provide the desires of your heart according to His perfect will. May He keep you soaring and shinning for His Glory and your benefit. May He enrich your circle there in the Jiji and anywhere else you will go. I’m rooting for you. You Go Girl.
I love you and will see you when we visit.

Dearest Lucy,

In another life we would be taking photos pale alcapone ama tapas πŸ˜† but the Lord delivered us and the photo is a testament of that.

You are an amazing lady and I will miss you. We are real with each other and you don't get that with a lot of people. We fight like blood sisters πŸ˜† but we always talk it out and laugh after that.
Janury 2026 is a month I will never forget, that early morning phone call was a game changer. God used you to answer my prayer and thank you for heeding the call and being obedient. I am grateful forever 😍

I pray that all your desires will come to pass, may God continue favouring you immensely.
I will miss you but I know I will see you alot. 😍😍

oh "Auntie Lucy",
You are one of my daughters favorite person in the world. Though she came to your salon only once she still thinks you are the authority on all things beauty. And she's not wrong. You have walked through some of my darkest valleys alongside me. But we've also blown out too many birthday candles to count and ... welcomed new members into the family. Honestly, what more could you hope for in a friend.
I love you, Lucy.

Osiepe, Some friendships don’t need constant calls or daily texts, they just show up when it matters, and ours has been exactly that. From the first mother-wise class as I watched you step into leadership, to the countless moments of encouragement, laughter, and even crazy dancing during an event, you’ve been a rare friend.

Kumbuka the time we drove to Jocham while life was throwing curveballs? Or dancing till dawn at Mombasa Intercontinental after Ngina’s wedding...like seriously, who even moves like that? And then recently, my 40th, dancing Osiepe with you… proof that tuko bado fresh, and we still know how to moveπŸ’ƒπŸΌ

You’ve strengthened me in faith by telling me you admire my faith in God, your vulnerability to share heart-to-heart conversation during tough season, and even survived my first natural locs at your salon. Hii friendship ni solid, Not loud, not constant, lakini always supporting, always cheering from the sidelines.

our plug for deras! And I’m so grateful for every memory, every laugh, and every lesson shared. As you step into this new season, may joy, wisdom, and God’s favor follow you everywhere.

Here’s to more dancing, more laughter, and beautiful beginnings. My dancing shoes, aka my legs..are ready to tear up the floor at your wedding.

With love,
Adisa.

Hey CEO!
Life is also about seasons. They come and go, and if well approached, we grow. Knowing you in Mombasa at CF back those many years ago and seeing you through the seasons, the ambition, the growth, the enduring spirit to keep going, and the spirit of friendship can only point to one irrefutable thing: You are a gift from above. As you step into your next season, may the Lord guide you, may He protect you and guide your path in His wisdom. May you always be satisfied by His presence in your life, and may all you do be for His glory and in worship of His name. We are not done until our "project phd" is over HA!
